Billy Ellis 2005 Hickory Rescue Member of the Year Radio # 932 Captain for Hickory Rescue Squad

Hickory Rescue Squad held our annual Christmas gathering at the Catawba Country Club on Dec. 14, 2005. Each year during this special occasion we recognize a Member of the Year, who has shown outstanding performance and has been a key team player in successes of the Squad. This year I was humbly honored to give a special congratulations to    Billy Ellis, 2005 Hickory Rescue Member of the Year. Billy has been a member of the Squad since May 1986 and has given freely of his time over the years to help improve and build the Squad. Billy has served in many of our six officer positions over the years and is currently serving the Squad as Captain. Billy has helped me greatly as Chief by taking many different projects off my hands and completing them in a timely manner.
